Important: All products are intended for research purposes only unless explicitly stated. They are not for human consumption unless labeled otherwise.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Products are eligible for return if they meet the following conditions:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Return requests are made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product was purchased directly from Ascend BioLab (returns from third-party sellers are not accepted).
Note: Expired or improperly stored products are not eligible for return.
3. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:
- Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product.
- We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.
- COA verification may be requested for quality-related disputes.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned due to safety and research compliance regulations:
- Opened or used peptides and chemical products
- Custom or special-order products
- Products past their expiration date
5. Refund Process
- Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
6. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team via the Contact Page or email with your order details.
- Provide proof of purchase and product condition.
- Follow the instructions provided by our team for shipping the product back (if applicable).
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are possible for the same product type and quantity if available in stock.
